Overview

Our customer, a French international Consulting company (200 consultants in 15 countries) 14 millions € turnover, created in 2005, specialized in innovation (Automotive & aeronautic, Energy, Communication) growing on a worldwide footprint is looking for the German market for a french-german Subsidiary Director

You will launch the activity in Germany & be responsible for the new business acquisition in any technical sector where you have already capitalized your experience, ideally in automotive, aeronautic & energy sectors.

Your main focus will be on active client management activities and on the acquisition of new contracts, with the aim of increasing the value delivered to our clients and to improve turnover and cross-selling. You will be manage a consultant team that you will built with support of corporate recruitment.

You have to motivate & manage a consultants team & have the financial responsability for your profit center.

You are able to work in a matrix & international organization & activate constantly an internal network.

With an engineering or commercial background & you have about 3 to 5 years experience in a high tech consulting company as a Business Manager or a commercial engineer for key account customers in Germany. You have been successful in business acquisition & managing consultants in Germany (30).

You speak German, French & English fluently.

Your main strengths are customer focus, leadership capacities & team spirit.

Your have developed during your professional experience a sense of entrepreneurship and show strong communication skills with all levels of the organization.
